TASTING NOTES
Quite pale yellow with golden glints. Expressive with floral and ripe fruit notes (citrus, quince) developing towards aromas of honey after a few months of ageing. Fresh attack, very round, quite full-bodied palate. Good balance between the sugar and acidity. Long finish with notes of honey and dried fruit.
